Muscial extravaganza
Three Newcastle women organised a huge fundraising gig for
War Child. Using their skills and contacts the organisers
put together a stellar entertainment lineup. They then approached
local businesses and organised the printing and distribution
of posters and flyers, stories on the local Nine News and
in the Newcastle Herald and Newcastle Post (including
the front cover of its entertainment lift out), interviews
on local radio stations, and free ads in the Newcastle
Herald.
The program included:
-
Children’s Opening
-
The Guitar Company
-

-
Francine Bell & Gospel Choir
-
